11.StraightTalkneitherassumesnorauthorizesanyauthorizedservicecenteroranyotherpersonorentity
to assume for it any other obligation or liability beyond that which is expressly provided for in this limited
warranty including the provider or seller of any extended warranty or service agreement.
12. This is the entire warranty between Straight Talk and the Consumer, and supersedes all prior and
contemporaneous agreements or understandings, oral or written, relating to the Product, and no
representation, promise or condition not contained herein shall modify these terms.
13. This limited warranty allocates the risk of failure of the Product between the Consumer and Straight Talk.

Potentially Explosive Atmosphere
Poweroffyourdeviceinanyareawithapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphere,andcomply
with all signs and instructions. Areas that may have potentially explosive atmospheres
include the areas where you would normally be advised to turn off your vehicle engine.
Triggeringofsparksinsuchareascouldcauseanexplosionorare,resultinginbodily
injuries or even deaths. Do not power on your device at refueling points such as service
stations.Complywithrestrictionsontheuseofradioequipmentinfueldepots,storage,
anddistributionareas,andchemicalplants.Inaddition,adheretorestrictionsinareas
whereblastingoperationsareinprogress.Beforeusingthedevice,watchoutforareas
thathavepotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresthatareoften,butnotalways,clearly
marked.Suchlocationsincludeareasbelowthedeckonboats,chemicaltransferor
storagefacilities,andareaswheretheaircontainschemicalsorparticlessuchasgrain,
dust,ormetalpowders.Askthemanufacturersofvehiclesusingliqueedpetroleum
gas (such as propane or butane) whether this device can be safely used in their vicinity.
