Go to www.toshibastorage.com
Select Services & Support and then select Hard Drives & Optical
Drives Services & Support
Select Hard Drive Repair Center
Scroll down to Request a HDD Return Authorization (RMA) number.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online request form.
Within 24 hours the system will generate an RMA number which
will automatically be emailed to you.
ou must pre-pay all transportation and insurance charges for
hipment of the Product to the authorized service center, and
roperly pack the Product for shipment in the original packaging
r equivalent. You will not be reimbursed for this expense. If the
roduct is not insured, and the Product is lost or damaged during
ransit, you are responsible for such loss or damage.
