7. Click the ADD FILE button.
8. Perform a HotSync operation by placing the organizer into the
cradle and pressing the HotSync button on the cradle.
Starting the Modem Utility application
1. Connect your organizer to the modem.
2. Make sure that:
■ The organizer is securely attached to the modem.
■ No cables are attached to the modem.
■ The battery in the organizer is fully charged.
■ The batteries in the modem are new.
3. Tap the Applications icon on your organizer.
4. Tap the Modem Util icon .
The first Modem Utility window opens.
5. Select the language in which you want to view the Modem Utility
screens, then tap
OK.
6. Follow the instructions that appear on the subsequent screens to
finish running the Modem Utility application.
