TROUBLESHOOTING
Before the system tests are started, the fiber-optic network and DS3 lines at both ends must be connected. The
STATUS and DS3 ONLINE LEDs should be illuminated green.
Table 8 is intended as an aid in localizing trouble. If trouble is encountered with the operation of the D3LX, verify
that all installer connections are correct and that the options are configured properly. If technical assistance is
required, refer to “Appendix C - Product Support” on page 41. ADC strongly recommends that no internal
(component level) repairs be attempted on the module. The only field service should be a fuse or module
replacement. Any unauthorized adjustments or repairs may void the unit’s warranty.
