If you suspect that your display contains an abnormal number of
defects, call Apple Technical Support.
Partial or full row of
pixels is always on or
never comes on in an
active matrix display
1 Check display and backlight cables and connections.
2 If display cable connection to logic board is loose, replace
brightness and speaker grill.
3 Replace display.
4 Replace logic board.
