● Check batteries.
● Check ALL-OFF switch on Remote Control Unit is set to “ON.”.
● Make sure nothing is between Infrared Remote Receiver and Remote Control Unit.
● Make sure you are not too far from a projector when using Remote Control Unit.

In the event that your unit is determined to be
defective, you'll be issued a Return Authorization
Number.
After you've received this number, send the unit, a
copy of your sales receipt, and a description of the
problem, freight prepaid, to Proxima. Clearly note the
Return Authorization Number on the outside of the
shipping box.
