7) USB Power Selection (USBPWR)
The USB power may be set to +5Volt or +5VSB. Select +5 Volt if you do not
have a power supply with 1A standby power. Selecting +5 VSB will allow wakeup
by USB keyboard if the power supply’s standby power is sufficient.
