4.4 Advanced menu
The Advanced menu items allow you to change the settings for the CPU and other
system devices.
Take caution when changing the settings of the Advanced menu items. Incorrect
eld values can cause the system to malfunction.

4.4.1 CPU Conguration
The items in this menu show the CPU-related information that the BIOS
automatically detects. Some items may not appear if you CPU does not support
the related functions.
Ratio CMOS Setting [12]
Whether this item is congurable depends on your CPU type. The valid value
ranges differently according to your CPU type. If this item is congurable, enter the
value using the numeric keypad. This item is available only when Intel SpeedStep
technology is disabled.
Sets the ratio
between CPU Core
Clock and the FSB
Frequency.
Note:
Only available when
SpeedStep technology
is disabled.
