Troubleshooting
Vacuum cleaner won’t turn on
Possible causes Remedies
1. Power cord not plugged in 1. Check electrical plug
2. Blown fuse/tripped breaker in home 2. Check/replace fuse or reset breaker
3. Thermal protector activated 3. Allow cleaner to cool for 30 minutes, see
pg 8. This will reset thermal protector
4. Dirt tank is full of water 4. Empty tank and reattach
5. Dirt tank is full of debris 5. Empty tank and reattach
Vacuum cleaner and tools won’t pick up or low suction
Possible causes Remedies
1. Hose not properly positioned 1. Make sure hose is fully connected to base
2. Dirt tank not installed properly 2. Check assembly of upper and lower portions,
correctly position and secure into place
3. Dirt tank full 3. Empty dirt tank
4. Clog in cleaner 4. Follow instructions on pg 11 and 12 for
clearing clogs
5. Filters are dirty 5. Check and clean filter
6. Hose not properly attached 6. Make sure hose collar is pushed in or in
locked position
7. Vacuum is not suctioning or blowing 7. Make sure hose is in correct inlet/outlet
