If you are unable to solve your problem with the information provided in this
appendix, please do the following before calling technical support:
Try to recreate the problem; record what you do and what happens.
Record the status of the indicator lights at the time the problem occurs.
Record any other observations you have made.
Be sure to have the unit close by and have the following information on hand:
• Model number (P/N)
• Serial number (S/N)
• Purchase date
• The User’s Manual
• Name of the Internet dialer software used
