Command Packet
Command packets are sent to the Matrix Switch from a computer and are 4 or more
bytes long depending upon the instruction code.

Response Packet
Response or Acknowledgement (ACK) packets are returned from the Matrix Switch
after receipt of a command packet. The response packets are 2 or more bytes long
