Part of a document scanning and sharing solution is the assurance that
information is being captured effectively and clearly. As with all Canon
document scanning products, the ScanFront 300/300P CAC/PIV scanners
provide reliable handling for an assortment of hard copies, including plastic
ID cards and long documents as well as the imaging expertise to precisely
capture information and reduce risks. With advanced features such as Auto
Color Detection, the ScanFront 300/300P CAC/PIV scanners are representa-
tive of a dependable and accurate capture solution.
Increase Manageability and Lower Total Costs
The ScanFront Administration Tool allows IT managers to remotely view
ScanFront configurations, update firmware, and change/back up/restore the
settings for single or multiple devices. This centralized management helps
increase security and control. The ScanFront 300/300P CAC/PIV scanners
connect seamlessly with standard, affordable card readers. Similar products
often require involved setup processes and are restricted in the types of
compatible card readers. And the ScanFront 300/300P CAC/PIV scanners
do not require a dedicated PC, resulting in lower overall costs.

The ScanFront 300/300P CAC/PIV scanners are environmentally conscious,
meeting ENERGY STAR
®
guidelines for energy efficiency and complying
with the EU RoHS and WEEE directives. They are also Trade Agreements

For investment protection, eCarePAK options are available to extend service
beyond the initial one-year advanced exchange warranty period. This saves
