Product Description
The Cisco 10000 ESR uses a blower module located at the top of the router
(Figure 1) to supply cooling air to the chassis.

Four internal fans in the blower module:
• Draw cooling air into the front of the chassis and directs it across the internal
components to maintain an acceptable operating temperature.
• The air is then exhausted through openings in the rear of the chassis.
