5. Turn the notebook display-side up with the front panel toward
you.
6. Open the notebook as far as possible.
7. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to lift up the left and right hinge
cover sections of the switch cover 1 to detach it from the
notebook.
8. Swing the rear edge of the switch cover up and toward you 2.
