To remove
the CD or
DVD drive,
complete the
following
steps:
1. Prepare
the
computer
for
disassembly.
2. Remove
the palmrest
cover with
touch pad.
3. Remove
the keyboard.
4 Remove
the
heatspreader.
4. Remove
the hard
drive.
5. Remove
the stiffener
bracket.
6. Remove
the battery
charger
board.
7. Remove
two screws
located at the
back CD or
DVD drive.
