Using the Configuration Menu
Choose this option if your ISP uses PPPoE. (Most DSL users
will select this option.)
Dynamic PPPoE: Receive an IP Address automatically from
your ISP.
Static PPPoE: You have an assigned (static) IP Address.
Your PPPoE username provided by your ISP.
Re-enter the PPPoE password.
Enter the Service Name provided by your ISP (optional).
This option is only available for Static PPPoE. Enter the static
IP Address for the PPPoE connection.
The network mask of the PPPoE interface
Either set the value for idle time to zero or enable Auto-
reconnect to disable this feature.
Maximum Transmission Unit-1492 is the default setting-you
may need to change the MTU for optimal performance with
your specific ISP.
If Enabled, the DI-634M will connect to your ISP after you open
an internet browser and establish a connection to traffic.
If Enabled, the DI-634M will automatically connect to your ISP
after your system is restarted or if the PPPoE connection is
dropped.
