LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU
PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A
CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH DSD
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW

Products are considered to be compatible with many systems, specific
functional implementation by the original purchaser of the Product
may vary. Therefore, suitability of a Product for a specific purpose or
application must be determined by the original purchaser and is not
warranted by DSD.
