estimatedbyaddingupthemaximumpowerrequirementofeachconnectedPD
accordingtotheirPowerClassificationrating(0through4).
TheexampleofasimpleconfigurationshowninFigure 12hasthe48Vdc

fromaC2RPSPOEconnectedtoaSecureStackPoEswitch(suchasEnterasysNetworks’
C2G12448P).TheC2RPSPOEconnectionprovidesthe48Vdcandthepowersupply
status(indicatesifthepowersupplyisokay)totheSecureStackPoEswitch,which
managesthe48Vdcoutputto
thesixPDs.
