This configuration is sufficient for a network of 1–512 local and remote devices. If
the number of devices increases, use the following table as a guideline for
upgrading your hardware configuration:

— ODI network adapter
— Additional serial port
H 1 serial port for device communication
H LAN adapter or additional serial port
