6. Keep the new configuration and exit SYSGEN:
Enter Y for Purge old configuration (yes/no)?.
7. Create a device link file using mknod:
:mknod “/dev/dlt_picker c 0 30”
:mknod “/dev/dlt_tape01 c 0 31”
:mknod “/dev/dlt_tape02 c 0 32”
8. Restart the system to verify the changes.
