1) When you install ATX power supply, please connect CASE
STANDBY to front panel connector CN9/JP9 , pin 19-20
Power On. Then turn on ATX power supply.
2) The difference between TX2 and TX3 is that TX3 is without
SCSI port/chip. Others are the same.
