13) BIOS_RE (BIOS Recovery)
If the BIOS file on the motherboard is damaged, set this jumper to Recovery mode. Insert the floppy
disk containing the complete BIOS file and then restart the system. System will write the BIOS file
to the BIOS ROM automatically at startup.

14) CLR_CMOS (Clear CMOS)
You may clear the CMOS data to its default values by this jumper. To clear CMOS, temporarily
short 1-2 pin. Default doesn't include the "Shunter" to prevent from improper use this jumper.
