2-4 Installing Memory
This motherboard provides six 240-pin DDR3 DUAL INLINE MEMORY MODULES
(DIMM) socket for DDR3 memory modules capacity expansion to maximum memory
volume of 24 GB.

Notice
If there is only one memory module, you should install it only in one of DIMM_A1,
DIMM_B1 and DIMM_C1 slot; otherwise system won’t start.
With two memory modules, you can only install them in two slots of the
DIMM_A1, DIMM_B1 and DIMM_C1 to enjoy dual channel function.
With three or more memory modules, you should install three of them in DIMM_A1,
DIMM_B1 and DIMM_C1 in the first place to enjoy 3-channel function.
Installing memory modules on your motherboard is an easy process in most cases. You
might as well refer to the following pictures when installing your memory modules. Please
make sure the power is cut off in the first place.
installation Tips
Open the two plastic clips of memory slots then push down the module vertically into
the slot. See to it that the hole of the module fit into the notch of the slot;
The two plastic clips will automatically close if the memory module is fitted in a
proper way.
