Chemical Exposure (protects data against loss):
Full Submersion .................................. Up to 1 hour @ 12 inch depth
Diesel fuel, oils, hydraulic fluids, aircraft fuels, 12” depth for 1 hour per
MIL-STD-810G Method 504. No cap is required over the connector to retain
data protection. Protection is maintained even if the drive is plugged into a
host computer.
Extreme Environment Exposure (protects data against loss):
Continuous exposure to UV, blowing sand, blowing dust, rain, salt fog, icing
or freezing rain, 24 hours per MIL-STD-810G Methods 505.4, 506.4, 509.4
and 510.
High Altitude (protects data against loss):
