Write a Document to the Bulletin Board
Perform the following procedure to write a document on a Bulletin board.
•
If a document is already saved to the Bulletin board, the new one will overwrite the exist-
ing document.
• To see the document written to the Bulletin board, see "Print a Document Written to the
Bulletin Board" (p. 12-9).
1. Press [FA X] on the control panel to view the FAX Basic
screen, if it is not already displayed.
2. Press APPLICATION on the FAX Basic screen.
3. Press .
4. Press Bulletin.
5. Press ENTRY and enter the Bulletin board No. in the box fol-
lowing Bulletin No.
• You can specify 001 - 020 (three digits) as the Bulletin No.
• To correct the wrong entry, use DELETE.
• If you press [CLEAR] or [STOP], all Bulletin board Nos. will be deleted.
6. Press OK.
The FAX Application Menu screen will be restored.
To release the setting, press CANCEL.
