9. Press Advanced func. and then the key for the function you
wish to set up.
This feature operates in the same way as for application functions. See "Application
Functions Overview" (p. 10-5) for the operating procedures.
To exit Advanced func. set, press CANCEL.
10.Confirm the entry you have made and press ENTRY.
Now the FAX number, remote station name and comment are attached to the abbrevi-
ated dial number registered in Step 4. The next unused abbreviated number is indi-
cated in Abbr No. box.

To stop registering the abbreviated dial number, press BACK.
• Press BACK to return to the abbreviated dialing list screen after editing the list.
• To register another abbreviated dial number, go to Step 4.
• You can confirm the settings by pressing Check.
11. Press BACK.
The remote station registration screen will be restored.
12.Press BACK.
The FAX Basic screen will be restored.
