Nn Select negotiate handshake
N0 When originating or answering, handshake only at the communication rate specified
by S37 register and “ATBn” and no fallback
N1 * When originating or answering, start handshaking only at the communication
standard specified by S37 register and “ATBn”. During handshake, fallback to a
lower speed may occur.
