Depending on the OS installed on the personal computer, the following may occur. Follow the instructions below when the
following has occurred. By performing the following solutions, other applications and the security level may not be affected.
[When using Windows]
The “Information bar” in the following descriptions will be displayed just below the address bar, and only when there is
information to communicate.

p Click the information bar and select “Always Allow Pop-ups
from This Site”. The dialog window saying “Allow pop-ups
from this site?” will be displayed.
Click the [Yes] button.

the message below is
displayed:
“The site might require
the following ActiveX
control: Click here to
install ‘nwcv4setup.
exe’ from Panasonic
Corporation…”
p Click the information bar, and select “Install ActiveX control
(C)…”
A security warning screen is displayed. Click the “Install (I)”
button.

1 In Internet Explorer, select [Tools] [Internet Options].
2 Click the [Security] tab, and click the [Custom level...] button in
“Security level for this zone”.
3 In the [Security Settings] dialog box, set the [Enable] radio button
of “Allow websites to open windows without address or status bars”
to ON.
4 Set the [Enable] radio button of “Allow script-initiated windows
without size or position constraints” to ON.
5 Click the [OK] button.
6 Click the [OK] button.

The images do not fit the
frame used for display
p If 120 DPI has been selected as the image DPI setting, the
images may not be displayed correctly.
Click the [Settings] tab on the Properties screen, click the
[Advanced] button to change the DPI setting.
