Configuring the Scanner
The scanner may already be configured to work with your ADK
script. If not, use these bar codes to configure the scanner:

Reset to default values.

Enable the communications port.
◆
Set the communication port to match the keyboard’s settings.
◆
Set the minimum bar code width (if necessary).
For additional bar codes to program your scanner, refer
to your scanner’s Installation and User’s Guide for more
information.
Enable the Communications Port
The communications port must be enabled before the scanner
and keyboard can communicate with each other. To enable the
communications port, scan the following series of bar codes, one
at a time, from top to bottom.
This section is not necessary if using Version 2.3 or greater of the
Keyboard’s software.
