Setting the Terminal ID (Your own Name and Number)
Your terminal ID will be printed at the top of each page sent from your machine.

Press MENU.

Press 1.
The LCD shows
"TERMINAL ID".

Press START/COPY.
The LCD asks you to enter
the telephone number.

Using the number keypad,
enter the telephone line
number to which your
machine is connected.

You can include special characters
(space, hyphen, or plus sign) in the
number to improve readability.
