Command Usage
• You can mirror traffic from any source port to a destination port
for real-time analysis. You can then attach a logic analyzer or
RMON probe to the destination port and study the traffic
crossing the source port in a completely unobtrusive manner.
• The destination port is set by specifying an Ethernet interface.
• The source and destination port speeds should match,
otherwise traffic may be dropped from the source port.
• You can create only one port mirror session.
• The source and destination ports have to be either both in the
port range 1-12 or both in the port range 13-24.
Example
The following example configures the switch to mirror all packets
from port 6 to port 11:

ethernet unit/port (source port)
- unit - Switch (unit 1).
- port - Port number.
