If VisualFlow is active and the image files in Memory Stick are not
displayed, the format type of the Memory Stick can be different.

Memory Stick using Memory Stick Formatter software preinstalled on this

Memory Stick does not work. I cannot access the S: drive

If you cannot find the icon for “Removable Disk (S:)” in “My Computer” on
the Desktop, take the following steps.
1 Double-click the System icon in the Control Panel and Device Manager
appears. If you cannot find the icon, click “Display all the options of
Control Panel.”
2 Click Refresh.
