Using the TV Function
Your computer may have one hybrid TV tuner board installed along with the Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium
operating system which includes the Windows Media Center that enables TV program viewing, recording, and playback.

Any functions related to digital terrestrial television (DVB-T) will only work in countries or areas where DVB-T MPEG2
