*2 A reset can be performed with pin 31 on the interface by setting DIP switch
1 to ON (the factory default setting).
In addition, when a reset can be performed with pin 31, setting DIP switch
2 to OFF sets up the unit to perform a reset when pin 31 and pin 36 are
“LOW”.
*3 Disable if using #36 pin (nSelectIn/1284 Active) interface for functions
other than IEEE1284.
*4 Never set switch 7 to OFF at the same time that switch 8 is set to ON.
