• vCtrl is too high, use manual control to decrease it
• RGB color skew may also need manual adjustment

• One value should remain zero, the other 2 can be adjusted up and down so all 3
color channels align up

Can’t get into serial menu
• Make sure serial port on PC is functioning and set up properly
• Make sure the right type of serial cable is used: straight-through for the Transmitter
unit (StarTech.com ID: MXT100), and null-modem for the Receiver Unit
(StarTech.com ID: SCNM9FF)
• If you are using the serial data link, use the same baud rate as the serial device or
other PC uses
• It may take several tries to enter the code since it depends on timing
