Front Panel Message: Clear Jam at C, D
Solution 2: Jam at D
1 Open the fuser unit on the bottom left side of the printer.
2 Grasp the fuser roll cartridge by the blue handle and lift it out.
3 Lift up the cover by the blue hook.
4 Gently remove the paper.
Caution! The fuser area may be hot! To avoid
personal injury, do not touch it.
To avoid stains, do not touch the white roller or get it
on your clothing; do not set the fuser roll cartridge on
an uncovered surface.
