office productivity and data security, and continues to incorporate the same clear
and sharp image reproduction quality made possible through the refined toner design
and high-level imaging technology.

— both as an efficient multifunctional
solution or a stand-alone machine. For
instance, exchanging electronic documents
and managing various data are now carried
out more easily and more securely than
ever before with strong and reliable access
management through individual User
Authentication. Also the optional Data
Overwrite Kit will securely and permanently
erase unwanted data, leaving no retrievable
trace behind. In addition, installing the
optional Scrambler Board will offer even
higher levels of security with its industrial
strength encryption of any data remaining
on the hard drive after copying, printing,
scanning or faxing is completed. Utilising
all security solutions will provide the highest
industry level safeguards for protecting
sensitive or classified information.
The new 2nd generation e-BRIDGE
architecture provides enhanced integration
of individual features and options, allowing
for faster response, stress-free operation, and
consistent and speedy quality copy/print/
scan output. New technologies and methods
have also been adopted for better workflow control whilst keeping overall running
costs at a minimum.
Additionally, the modular system architecture ensures a faster response to individual

features with a maximum capacity of 3,700 sheets using all available paper sources,

by adding optional trays, a hole punch unit and two essential finishers that combined

Adding the new low noise optional RADF unit provides the benefit of fast and
accurate paper feeding of multi-page or double-sided originals and, amongst other
