Vn DCE response format
This command controls whether result codes (including call
progress and negotiation progress messages) are displayed as
words or their numeric equivalents.

This command sets detection options for dial tones and busy
signals, which is its primary function. However, it also enables or
disables extended result codes.
V0 Displays result codes as digits.
V1 Displays result codes as text (default).

W0 CONNECT result code reports DTE speed. Disable
protocol result codes.
W1 CONNECT result code reports DTE speed. Enable
protocol result codes.
W2 CONNECT result code reports DTE speed. Enable
protocol result codes (default).
