Evaluate Versatility
When evaluating an MFP’s versatility, determine whether its feature set will not only increase your efficiency, but also help you con-
solidate older office devices. Does the MFP include print and copy speeds and features needed to support your work volumes? Have
you considered the ways in which the MFP’s scanning features help streamline company workflows? Does your company still require
fax capabilities?
