Beforecalibration,removeoutercaseoftheindicatorandsetcircuitbreakerat ‘On’
positiononthecircuitboard
1) Press[Tare]keyuntil ‘CALSP’isshown.
2) Theindicatorwilldisplay ‘CALSP’
3) Press[M+Print]keytoentercalibrationmode.Thedisplaywillshow ‘CAL 00’
4) Withnoloadonthescaleandthedisplaystable,pressthe[Mode]keyto
enterthemodeofautomaticzerocheckand‘----‘willbedisplayed.
5) Severalsecondslate r,theweightoftheprevious calibrationwillbedisplayed,
suchas150.00kgorifpreviouslyaborted0000.
6) Placethecalibrationmasstobeusedonthescale.Allowtimefortheweight
tobecomestable.Ifthismassisthevaluedisplayedpress[Mode]keythen
gotostep9.
7) Ifthedisplayedvaluemustbechanged,pressthe[M+Print]key,andthedigit
positionflashingwillmove fromonedigittothenextadjacent.
8) Thenpress[Print]keytoincrementtheflashingdigitincreasingfrom0to9in
acycle.Repeataboveoperationtillavaluerepresentingthecalibrationmass
isdisplayed,forexample20.00,thenpressthe[Mode]key.
9) Theequipmentdisplays ‘- - - -‘,indicatingentryintocalibrationandthen
revertstonormalweighing.
10) Removethecalibrationweightand‘0.00kg’willbedisplayedonthe
equipment.Atthistime,zeroindicatorlights,denotingthereisnothingbeing
weighedonthemeasuringstation.
11) Topreventunauthorisedcalibrationsetthejumperonthecircuitboardat‘Off’
position).
