This page provides extended information about the
ATA disks installed within the array.
Click on a drive to view its information.
Available Information:
R/W Transfer Retries and R/W Media Retries can
indicate problems with a disk. Retries are generally not
harmful, but more than ten retries in a 24-hour period
are cause for concern, particularly if one or two disks
consistently have a higher retry count than the others.

Information Description
Volume Name User-defined name for the volume.
Volume Capacity Size of the volume in Megabytes;
[Gigabytes in brackets].
Percentage of Total
Array Used
Displays the percentage of the entire
array capacity that’s used by the volume.
Host 0/1 Target ID:
LUN
Displays the SCSI ID and LUN of the
array, on both host channels.
Volume Serial Number Displays the volume serial number, which
may be required for some SCSI tasks.
Volume Creation Time Displays the time of volume creation.
Volume Creation Date Displays the date of volume creation.
Information Description
Status Displays ownership status.
Capacity Displays raw capacity of disk drive.
Model Displays manufacturer’s drive model
number.
Serial Number Displays serial number of the drive.
Firmware Displays current firmware level of drive.
R/W Transfer Retries Displays number of transfer retries
(normally 0).
R/W Media Retries Displays number of media retries
(normally 0).
