Press [ ] to delete the selected document.
If you do not want to delete the selected document, press (#).
After you press [ ], the document is erased.

Press [Stop] to return to the Standby mode.
Deleting a Document with the Memory Reference Key

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels ➞ press
[Memory Reference].

Press [▼] or [▲] until <5.DELETE DOCUMENT> appears ➞
press [Set].
NOTE
If a pound sign (#) precedes the transaction number, the document is being held in
memory for redialing and sending.

Press [▼] or [▲] to display the transaction number of the
document that you want to delete ➞ press [Set].
