NOTE: Before you connect your device to a computer for the first time, ensure
that you install ActiveSync on the computer from the Dell™ Companion CD.
NOTE: After the battery is fully charged, complete the initial setup process on
your device. Then use Microsoft

ActiveSync
®
to synchronize the data on your
device with the data on your computer.
To connect your device to the cradle:

Place the cradle on a flat, level surface near your computer.

Connect the cradle cable to the USB connector on your computer.
3
Connect the AC adapter to the cradle and to an electrical outlet.
