The purpose of this section to provide the User with an efficient, step-by-step procedure to
be used when contacting Fargo Technical Support as needed for the C10/M10 Card Printer.

Step Procedure
1 Read the suggested Sections of the service manual in order to troubleshoot a
C10/M10 Card Printer. As needed, contact the Fargo Technical Support Group
by phone at (952) 941-0050 or by fax at (952) 941-1852 for additional, technical
assistance.
