Troubleshooting
The STACK
menu is not
functioning.
The projectors are not set up for the
Intelligent Stack feature.
Check the following settings on the Main and
Sub projectors.
- STANDBY MODE in SETUP menu:
NORMAL
- COMMUNICATION TYPE under
COMMUNICATION in SERVICE menu:
OFF
- STACK LOCK in SECURITY menu: OFF

The projector
does not respond
to the remote
control.
The remote control is pointed at the Sub
projector.
When operating in Intelligent Stack, only the
Main projector is capable of receiving remote
control signals. Therefore, point the remote at
the Main projector.

The images are
either out of
focus or not well-
superimposed.
The two images are not superimposed
correctly.
Use the ZOOM, FOCUS and LENS SHIFT
features to ne tune the superimposed
images. If needed, adjust PERFECT FIT and
KEYSTONE as well.

The images
from the two
projectors do
not superimpose
properly even
after nely
adjusting the
image.
The two images are adjusted differently.
Try these steps:
- Press the AUTO button on the remote
control or execute AUTO ADJUST
EXECUTE on each of the projectors.
- Adjust H POSITION and V POSITION on
each of the projectors.
- Check the RESOLUTION setting in the
INPUT menu, and change the setting to
match if the setting differs between Main
and Sub.
