Recipients
The Recipients tab allows you to Add or Remove phone numbers from a phonebook and add
them to a recipients list.
FEATURE INSTRUCTIONS
Add a number to the phone book ¾ Select the Add button on the left side of the
window.
¾ Enter the Name and Fax number.
Remove a number from the
phonebook
¾ Select the entry and select the remove button
Move number(s) from the
phonebook to the recipients list
¾ Select the number(s) and then the >> button
Remove a number from the
recipients list
¾ Select the number and then the << button
Add a number to the recipients list
directly
¾ Select the Add button on the right side of the
window.
¾ Enter the Name and Fax number.
