Hardware Features The following sections describe the WX hardware features.
WX2200 Switch A WX2200 switch is one RU high and also can be installed in a standard
48.26-cm (19-inch) equipment rack or on a tabletop.
Figure 1 shows the
features of a WX2200 switch.

The rear of the switch contains a label with the serial ID, MAC address,
and other identifying information.
WX4400 Four dual-interface gigabit Ethernet
ports. Each port has a 1000BASE-TX
copper interface and a Gigabit
interface converter (GBIC) slot for
insertion of a 1000BASE-SX or
1000BASE-LX fiber-optic interface.
