set mode
Syntax:
set mode <disable | port | tag | metro | double-tag> [up-link]
Description:
Used to configure the VLAN mode of the switch, including disable, port-based, tag-based, metro
and double-tag modes.
Argument:
disable: vlan disable
tag: set tag-based vlan
port: set port-based vlan
metro: set metro mode vlan
double-tag: enable Q-in-Q function
up-link syntax: 1,5-7, available from 15 to 16 (GSM-16T2SFP), 23 to 24 (GSM-24T2SFP) only for
metro mode vlan
Possible value:
<disable | port | tag | metro | double-tag>: disable, port, tag, metro, double-tag
[up-link]: 15 or 16 or “15,16” (GSM-16T2SFP), 23 or 24 or “23,24” (GSM-24T2SFP)
Example:
GSM-16T2SFP(vlan)# set mode metro 15-16
: Sets the VLAN mode for the switch to metro mode
