Programming the Flash ROM, Continued
Beep Codes The bootblock code produces a series of beeps during Flash ROM
programming to: signify completion of a step (as shown on the previous
screen), or to signal an error.
Error beeps are arranged in a coded sequence and have different meanings
depending on when they occur. The error beep codes and when they can occur
are:

3 Base memory error.
4 Flash program successful.
5 Floppy read error.
6 Keyboard controller BAT command failed.

8 Floppy controller failure.
9 Boot Block BIOS checksum error.
10 Flash erase error.
11 Flash Program error.
12 S759P.ROM file size error.
Continuous
beep
Flash Programming successful. Turn power off. Then turn
power on again to restart.
