device supports this mode, and if the device was not previously formatted with LBA mode

Block (Multi-Sector Transfer) M [Auto]
Enables or disables data multi-sectors transfers. When this item is set to [Auto], the data
transfer from and to the device occurs multiple sectors at a time if the device supports multi-
sector transfer feature. When this item is set to [Disabled], the data transfer from and to the
device occurs one sector at a time. Conguration options: [Disabled] [Auto]
PIO Mode [Auto]
Selects the PIO mode. Conguration options: [Auto] [0] [1] [2] [3] [4]
DMA Mode [Auto]
Selects the DMA mode. Conguration options: [Auto]
SMART Monitoring [Auto]
Sets the Smart Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology.

32Bit Data Transfer [Enabled]
Enables or disables 32-bit data transfer. Conguration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
2.3.4 SATA Conguration
The Storage Conguration menu allows you to congure your storage devices. Select an
item then press <Enter> to display the submenu.
OnChip SATA Channel [Enabled]
Enables or disables OnChip SATA Channel. Conguration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
OnChip SATA Type [SATA]
This item appears only when you set the OnChip SATA Channel item to [Enabled]. Allows you
to set the OnChip SATA Type. Conguration options: [SATA] [RAID] [AHCI]
If you want to boot the system from a hard disk drive included in a created RAID set, copy
the RAID driver from the Support DVD to a USB ash disk before you install an operating
system to the selected hard disk drive.

This menu gives you an overview of the general system specications. The BIOS
automatically detects the items in this menu.
BIOS Information
Displays the auto-detected BIOS information.
Processor
Displays the auto-detected CPU specication.
System Memory
Displays the auto-detected system memory.
